SOME LIST OF THE PROBLEMS

1. Electric Mirror doesn't Work ... problem last for 1 and half year
2. Front wheel suspension there is some weird sound ... problem last for almost 3 years finally they solved the problem at Hulmark garage
3. Engine loosing power: this happen many times and the cars have to be taken to the garage problem last for 1 and half year
4. Doors sometimes can open and sometimes can't ... the lock doesn't work and there is crack on all 4 sides
5. Ceiling (the interior of ther car) falls down on the driver side, Volvo Car Thailand said that this car is made for European environment not for Thai environment... so this problem is normal ... WHAT DA ... if Volvo wants to sell car in Thailand then they should make their cars for the ASEAN environment ... are they STU-ID or something ??? ....This is a word of carelessness from VOLVO CAR THAILAND!
6. Radio/stero dash board button MELT ... Volvo car Thailand Ltd people (Thai staff) admitted that its a wrong part and should not have been put in this Volvo S80 and don't know from where they put this from??
7. Dash board, the letters even faid away
8. Crack on the gears ... (Volvo Thai staffMr. Chavalit found the problem themself and change the new one for my family)
9. Car ballance isn't good and its eating away one side of the TIRES more then the other after 7 to 8 months of used, Volvo thailand change for us
10. Battery, after using this Volvo S80 for 4 years, my family have to change the car battery 4 times...(normally battery for car is for at least 2 to 4 years)
11. After 2 months of used turning light pops out (both left and right sides)...
12. After 3 months of used front bumper falls drop... can you imagine what accident it can CAUSE to my family if we were driving at a high speed?
13. Crack on the VIN number ... screw is miss align with the hole. Mr. Mats Olsen (vice president of customer service) from Volvo Thailand said that the problem is normal ... after using it will crack... my thinking and Mr. Chavalit said that this problem isn't normal and if my dad wants he can change it for my dad
14. Mr. Mats Olsen from Volvo Car Thailand compare my car with a 5 baht rubber... he said that "Car is like rubber, after using for a while it will be finished!" he said that after using there will be more crack!... the TRUTH is that VOLVO is 3 million baht and rubber is 5 baht !
15. Lambda Sond for a period of 3 years my Volvo car have changed 2 times already
16. When my family try to contact Mr. Robert the president ... his secretary said that he isn't free..........he is never FREE ... (may be always playing GOLF)

I agree with you. Volvo S 60 2012 must replace Radiator with 16,000 Baht and
we must reserve Wearne Service for long times. Volvo service is less in thailand.
I swear my next car isn't Volvo anymore. If Volvo owner think me to buy Mercedes Benz is crazy,
i will really happy that Mercedes Benz Second hand price not drop too much like Volvo.
Mercedes Benz is better Volvo because it has many Garage to repair and has many car group to discussion.
