NOW COMES THE PROBLEMS (Letter to Global Customer Relations Adviser "Mr. Elin Ask"

This is my letter to Global Customer Relations adviser:

I haven't not written you about a year but I have not forgotten you. I waisted my money by buying this volvo S80. Actually it is a beautiful car. In 1,000 cars if one car is made fault and if you have looked after that customer well you would have saved this customer for whole LIFE. But your people in VOLVO HERE IN THAILAND did the other WAY.

Every time i see a volvo in case i can talk with owner first thing i will ask how is your car? how often it goes to garrage? never comes across anything like my volvo.

In first 3 year gurantee period my volvo went for repair at least much more than 100 times can you try to imagine what you will do if this has happened with your car.

For your information I am doing tailoring business and my business is 100% recommendation. I have never done any advertisement. Suppose you had made a suit with me and it don't fit well after 10 adjustment or 10 visits to my shop what you would have done ???

NOW WHAT YOU DONE WITH ME ?!

You people from Volvo promised to look after me as a special case even after GUrantee period. As this was not a normal car (in the 1st place) In fact they should have taken this car back (Brand new car needing so much repair).

1st time after 3 years gurantee period like for Lamda Sond they asked for full payment. when i made huge cry they offered 30% discount than they went to 70% discount BUT I ask one thing what is the life of Lamda Sond in the first place? I haven't come across a single car (VOLVO) where one set of Lamda sond changed 2 and a half year and 2nd set about 3 and a half years WHY EVERY PART IN MY CAR is dying at such a young age. Please can you give me answer what should I do with this volvo. Even upto today problem is not finished it if going to garrage every 2-3 months with repairs which are not normal for 5-6 years old volvo not finished 100,000 km yet.


Some parts of this car upto today are like a new car probably these are the new volvo parts where as other are copy. Example 4-5 months ago some problem with Air condition and they change a very simple metal like part on the part was written made in Japan now I don't remember the name of the part but you can check with Volvo Bangkok what was that part and what is the supposed life of that part. I showed to Swedish person, he mentioned that part should last as the life of a car or at least 15-20 years.

NEW PROBLEM something wrong with the water bottle connected to radiator. Water is leaking from some connection. Again I have never heard anything like happed to a high class car like Volvo. Infact with my Volvo the oil bottle which is a one piece leaked after 2 months of purchase so what we can't expect from this Volvo.

My second car is Toyota WISH (3 years old) it has never been to garrage even a single time. except for the oil change, it is about 45,000 km no repair at all and the price is almost 1/3 of volvo.

Your swedish peoples have never said SORRY in fact bullied me. They staff look like feel sorry but have no power.

I am never going to forget this case. It has given me such a mental stress my health is not like what it used to be before I brought this Volvo

I would like to request for a nice answer why all this trouble are coming with this Volvo and what will be the solution to it.
